Particular attention has been paid to the selection of products. The various breads and mini-viennoiseries are generously baked on the premises, and the fruit is sourced from the famous Saint-Antoine Market where the celebrated chef Paul Bocuse used to shop. We also place an emphasis on local specialties such as sausage from Lyon and the famous pink praline brioche.
